Fountain Square Theatre provides food & beverage service in house by our Chef & catering staff. No outside catering of food or beverages is allowed, with the exception of wedding cake, which must be provided by a licensed bakery. Because the Theatre is best suited for groups of 150 or more, minimum food & beverage guarantees are required during the months of April through December for Friday and Saturday rentals. The food and beverage minimum varies based on the day booked, please contact us for additional information about minimums. No minimum food and beverage guarantee is required for rentals during the months of January, February or March, with the exception of Holiday dates.
- Buffet dinner menus with service staff begin at $24 per guest plus tax & service charge.
- Plated Dinner menus with service staff begin at $26 per guest plus tax & service charge.
- Appetizer menu items are available and are priced by quantity.
- Beverage packages begin at $14 per guest (non alcoholic, $5 per guest) plus tax & service charge. A Host Bar or Cash Bar can also be provided for your event.
- A per guest fee will be charged to cut and serve your wedding cake or dessert and includes a skirted table and a bottle of Sparkling Wine for the Bride & Groom Toast.
