Join us Saturday, July 20th for a Hawaiian Style Dinner on the Rooftop. One price covers dinner, drinks, and duckpin bowling!

Salad Choice: Mixed Field Greens with tomato, Carrots, cucumber, with Mango Vinaigrette Dressing or Hawaiian Style Macaroni Salad with carrots, sweeet peas, roasted peppers & diced spam.
Entree: Huli Huli Chicken - oven seared bone in chicken breast glazed with pineapple, ginger, soy sauce & aji mirin or Kalua Pulled Pork - smoke roasted pork shoulder, shredded & mixed with onions, pineapple, & sweet chili sauce or Mixed Plate of Both, all served with Coconut Rice, Sesame ginger stir fried vegetables & Hawaiian style Zuchinni Bread. (Vegetarian Option - Sesame ginger Stir Fried Veggies served over Rice)

Anchoring the corner of the Fountain Square Theatre Building is the Smokehouse on Shelby, a casual dining spot for lunch or dinner. Highlighting the menu are meats smoked in house - pulled pork, beef brisket and Baby Back ribs, dry rubbed and served with your choice of Chipotle BBQ, Sweet BBQ or Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce on the side.
Begin your meal with a selection of appetizers; try the sampler platter with Wings, Beer Battered Onion Rings and Potato Skins; homemade Brisket Chili, Soup of the Day, or a Salad with house made dressings. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, Pulled Pork, our most popular sandwich, is cooked low and slow for maximum flavor, the Angus beef Fountain Burger or a Jumbo Tenderloin, as well as entrees like the Sampler Platter for the heartier appetite. Top it all off with a hand dipped milkshake or ice cream sundae! Several of our menu items are available for ordering up by the pound; let us do the cooking for your next BBQ, family reunion, graduation party or office party, all you have to do is stop by and pick up your order. Lunch Specials are offered Monday – Friday until 3pm with the full menu available Monday – Saturday at 10:30am and Sunday at 11:30am. We also offer a Kids Menu for our guests 10 & under. A selection of Fresh Local Beer on Tap, Wine and Cocktails. Watch the games on the big screen TV's. Free wireless Internet service is available.
The Smokehouse on Shelby is open Monday 10:30am – 3pm, Tuesday 10:30am – 8:00pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10:30am – 9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 10:30am – 10:30pm and Sunday 11:30am – 5:00pm.
